Trustlife: new medicines, discovered with AI
Founded by the team behind the Human Protein Atlas, Trustlife uses AI to discover new medicines, with five candidates now ready for patient trials.

Trustlife is a Turkish health-technology group built around Trustlife Labs, a certified drug research and development centre in Istanbul, and Trustlife Ventures, the country’s first health-technologies venture fund. It was founded in 2021 by Bülent Denkdemir, its Chairman, together with Prof. Adil Mardinoglu, Prof. Hasan Türkez, Mehmet Uğurlu and Erkan Mankan.
Its AI-driven discovery platform designs and screens new molecules against the diseases that matter most. The pipeline counts 14 drug programmes, ten of them in cancer, and its first candidates, in Alzheimer’s disease, sarcopenia and prostate cancer, have reached the point of starting Phase I trials.
The partnership with Medixcel brings that capability to Saudi Arabia: national capacity in AI-driven drug discovery and molecular screening, and clinical trial development inside the Kingdom to international standards.
